This is a beautiful 2017 Remington Bullet Knife, the Powderhorn. The blade for the R-1613 is made of 440 stainless steel. The main blade has a nail pull and traditional Remington trademark etch on the blade. The back of the tang has the pattern number R-1613 and the year 2017 stamped on it while the front of the tang has the traditional Remington UMC Made in the USA stamp. Tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 56-59. The handles are made of Genuine Chestnut Brown Sawcut Bone with nickel silver bolsters. This knife is manufactured and assembled by skilled American craftsman, right here in the U. S. A.
