This Italy auto was made after 1960 in which the bolster rotates to lift the backspacing off the blade stud to allow closing off the knife. This is also referred to as a “rotating bolster” or “swivel bolster”. This knife is about 5 inches long when closed and about 8 3/4 inches when the blade is open. The handles are faux MOP or Mother-of-Pearl. On the front side of the blade, on the tang it says: INOY and on the back side of the tang it says Paten 340386. There are no other marking on this knife. There are no cracks at any of the pins on both sides. The blade open up and fires strong when the button is pressed. It locks tight, no wobble. When closed, the blade sits in the middle with no peeking. The lock works in both positions.
