George Schrade Auto Button in the Bolster

This is a beautiful and rare George Schrade with Button in the Bolster. This knife is a Auto made by George Schrade in 1895-1910 and the bolsters are nickel silver and iron liners. The model number is #1000. On the front of the blade is said: Press Button Knife Co., Walden, NY and on the back of the blade is blank. The knife is about 4 7/8 inches when closed and about 8 3/4 when the blade is opened. This knife originally had etching on the front of the blade that says Invincible. It is not there anymore. When the blade is closed, it sits deep, and in the middle, no peeking. There is a lot of patina on this knife. The handles are jigged bone, and they are no cracks on both of the handles.

Frank Centofante (1936-2009) Damascus Bolsters Folder

This is a beautiful Frank Centofante Folder with Damascus Bolsters and Green Sea Snail handles. This knife is about 4 1/8 inches long when closed and about 7 1/4 inches long when the blade is opened. The blade is ATS-34 and Frank did beautiful file work on the liners both top and bottom. This knife is marked Madisonville,TN. The blade closes deep and well centered.

Frank Centofante Folder MOP Lock Back File Work

This is a beautiful Frank Centofante folder with mother-of-pearl handles. This knife, a lock back is about 3 3/4 inches long when closed and about 6 1/2 inches long when the blade is open. The mark on the blade is the third one from Frank, it says: Centofante, Madisonville, TN. The blade is made of ATS-34, a favorite of Frank. The bolsters are stainless steel and when the blade is closed, it centers well and deep. Frank did file work on the liners, both top and bottom. This is a special knife that Frank made for me, he was trying to make a knife that would not rip out my pant pockets. If you look closely at the main bolster, you can see the bump out. 



 

Frank Centofante (1936-2009) Interframe MOP

This is a beautiful Frank Centofante Interframe folder with Mother of Pearl inlays. The blade is ATS-34 and it has a satin finish. This knife is about 2 1/2 inches long when the blade is closed and about 5 7/8 inches long when the blade is opened. This knife, a lockback has nickel silver bolsters. The knife is marked Tampa, Florida. The bolsters are nickel silver and when the blade is closed, it centers well and deep.

Frank Centofante (1936-2009) Side Lock Folder

This is a beautiful Frank Centofante Side Lock. The knife is about 3 1/2 inches long when closed and about 6 inches when the blade is opened. The blade is ATS-34 satin finish, includes stainless steel bolsters and back spring. It had beautiful dovetailed handle from the South China Sea. It has fancy filed stainless steel lines on top and bottom. This knife was made in Madisonville, TN. When the blade is closed, it centers well and deep. There are no cracks at any of the pins on either side.

Bowen Bullet Folder with Engraving on the Blade a Lockback

This is beautiful Bowen Bullet Knife made in Atlanta, Georgia. This knife model is R-1306 is a lockback and the handles are Jigged Bone. The blade has been engraved by “Dillingham” for America’s Bicentennial from 1776-1976. This knife is about 4 1/2 inches long when closed and about 8 inches long when opened. The bolsters are nickel silver with brass liners. On the front side, on the tang, it says Bowen USA and on the reverse side on the tang it says, R-1306. There are no cracks at any of the pins on both sides of the handles or the thong hole. The blade sits deep and well centered when closed, there is no wiggle. Comes complete with the original Bowen Box and wrap.

Italy INOY Auto has Bolster-Release Faux Mother of Pearl

This Italy auto was made after 1960 in which the bolster rotates to lift the backspacing off the blade stud to allow closing off the knife. This is also referred to as a “rotating bolster” or “swivel bolster”. This knife is about 5 inches long when closed and about 8 3/4 inches when the blade is open. The handles are faux MOP or Mother-of-Pearl. On the front side of the blade, on the tang it says: INOY and on the back side of the tang it says Paten 340386. There are no other marking on this knife. There are no cracks at any of the pins on both sides. The blade open up and fires strong when the button is pressed. It locks tight, no wobble. When closed, the blade sits in the middle with no peeking. The lock works in both positions.

Italian Auto has Bolster-Release Blue Handles

This Italy auto was made after 1960 in which the bolster rotates to lift the backspacing off the blade stud to allow closing off the knife. The handles are Blue Plastic and on the front of the tang is says: Rostfrie. I think this knife was made by Frank Beltrame for export to Germany. There are no other marking on this knife. There are no cracks at any of the pins on both sides. The blade open up and fires strong when the button is pressed. It locks tight, no wobble. When closed, the blade sits in the middle with no peeking. The lock works in both positions.

Italian 5 Blade Camp Knife Auto

This is beautiful Italian 5 blade auto. On the main blade, on the front side of the tang it says: Jaguer, Rostfrei. It has 3/16 Brazilian Horn Handles and Nickel Silver Bolsters and a large bail. On the end where the bail is located is a shot gun shell puller. Also includes a screwdriver and cap lifer, a saw, and a safety can opener. The blade sits deep and centered when closed. It fires strong when pushing the button. The sliding lock works in both positions. It has good snap and a tight lockup. There is no peeking or wobble when the blade is closed or open. This knife was originally sold from Crowley Knife Company in Minnesota.

Barry Wood (1925-2014) Pacific Cutlery Corp Knife with Box & Instructions

This is a beautiful Barry Wood Pacific Cutlery Corporation knife complete with an original box and instructions. The knife is about 3 3/4 inches long when closed and about 6 1/2 inches long when the blade is opened. The blade is made of 440-C Stainless Steel and is a spear point, and blade hardness is 57-59 Rockwell C. The handle material is 17-4-PH and the handle finish is Silicon Oxide Blasted. Inside the handles, on one side are the initials PCC, and inside the other handle is the Barry Wood Logo and US Patent 3702501. The box does show signs of lite shop wear.

Barry Wood / Mike Irie Mark E-I / T-3, Folder

This is a beautiful Barry Wood / Mike Irie Mark E-I / T-3. The blade is made of ATS-34, the frame is 174PH Stainless and the handles are Dyed Maple Burl Stabilized. The blade is about 3 9/16 inches long and the knife is about 8 1/4 inches long when the blade is fully opened. The blade style is a Caper and it was made in June 1998. On front side of the knife blade is the Barry Wood logo. Also inside the handle is the serial number 069803, and the signature of Mike Irie and Barry Wood. Comes complete with a box and paper.

Remington Bullet Knife 30 Anniversary R-1123, 2 Blades, a SkipJoint

This is a beautiful 2012 Remington Bullet Knife, 30th Anniversary. The blades for the R-1123 are made of 440 stainless steel. Tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 56-59. The handles are made of Genuine Amber Carved Bone with nickel silver bolsters. This knife is manufactured and assembled by skilled American craftsman, right here in the U. S. A. This knife a slip joint, is about 4 1/2 inches long when closed and about 8 inches long when the main blade is fully opened. Comes complete with a Remington 30 Anniversary Tin, and assorted papers.

1992 Remington Bullet 10 Anniversary 2 Blades R-1123-A

This is a beautiful Remington Bullet Knife, 10th Anniversary with 2 Blades, Model R-1123-A. The Bullet Knife was made in a limited production to commemorate the past 10 years of the Remington knife collection, from 1982 until 1992. This 1992 Remington Bullet Knife is made with the  same high quality craftsmanship as the previous knives. This features 440 Stainless Steel with a Spey and Clip blades, Nickel Silver Bolsters and closed the length is 4 1/4 inches. A full color original illustration by L. W. Duke, of the Tenth Anniversary Logo, is printed on the handle and encased in shatterproof acrylic. Each knife comes handsome displayed in it’s own custom designed collectors tin, featuring a full color reproduction of the original 1982 poster, Bad Time for a Snag by L. W. Duke on the lid. Surrounding on all sides by the previous 11 knives in the Remington Knife collection.

Remington 1998 Wildlife Knife, 3rd Edition, Limited Edition

This Remington Collector 3rd Edition Wildlife Knife, one that combines elements of American cutlery history and Remington heritage in a classic canoe style design. This limited-edition Wildlife Knife has handles of genuine stag with a round Remington shield on the front side, and is marked with its own individual serial number (No. 0534) on the front bolster. The master blade is a 3-inch-long drop point profile with a beautiful 2-color deep etching of a “Moose and Dipperbird”. The second blade is a finely honed 2 ¼ inch pen style. Both blades are 440 stainless, the bolsters and rivets are nickel-silver, and liners are solid brass. This knife was made in the USA.

1983 Remington Baby Bullet Knife Model 1173


This is a beautiful Remington Baby Bullet knife model 1173 with two blades. It has Delrin handles and there are no cracks at any of the pins or the thong hole liner on either side. This knife is a slip joint; it is 3 5/8 inches long when closed and 6 3/8 inches long when the blade is fully opened. This Remington knife comes with original box and original papers.

This is a beautiful 1984 Remington Bullet knife lock back model R-1303 with one blade. It has Delrin handles and there are no cracks at any of the pins on either side. This bullet knife is 4 3/8 inches long when closed and 7 7/8 inches long when the blade is fully opened.
