This is a beautiful 2001 Remington Bullet Knife, model R-1615T. The blade of this bullet consists of 440 stainless steel. The blade is 4 inches long with a nail pull and traditional Remington trademark etch on the blade. The back of the tang has pattern number R-1615T and 2001 stamped on back of blade while the front of the tang has the traditional Remington UMC Made in the USA stamp. The blade is tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 56-59. The liners are made of non-rusting brass, the bolsters of nickel silver. The handles are made of Tortoise Shell Celluloid. There are no cracks at any of the pins on either side, a well made knife.
