This is a beautiful 2005 Remington Bullet Knife, the Maverick. The blades for the R-4353B are made of 440 stainless steel. The main blade has a nail pull and traditional Remington trademark etch on the blade. The back of the tang has the pattern number R-4353B, the second blade has the year 2005 stamped on it while the front of the tang has the traditional Remington UMC Made in the USA stamp. Tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 56-59. The handles are made of Genuine Jig Bone with nickel silver bolsters and the liners are made of non-rusting brass. This knife is manufactured and assembled by skilled American craftsman, right here in the U. S. A. This knife a slip joint is about 4 1/4 inches long when closed and about 7 1/4 inches long when the main blade is fully opened.
