This is a beautiful 1998 Remington Bullet Knife, model R-293. The blades of this Bullet Knife consists of 440 stainless steel. This is a slip Joint knife. The main blade is 4 1/4 inches long with a nail pull and traditional Remington UMC Made in the USA on the front side of the tang. The back of the tang has year 1998. The other blade is 4 1/4 inches long and stamped R-293 on the back side of the tang. The blade is tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 56-59. The liners are made of non-rusting brass, the bolsters of nickel silver. The handles are made of Jigged Delrin. There are no cracks at any of the pins on either side, a well made knife. This knife is manufactured and assembled by skilled American craftsmen right here in the USA.
